1. Heat Water in a glass container in the microwave. Do not heat the water above 65 degrees centigrade or 150 degrees fahrenheit !

 2. Add about 6 beads for a small tooth or 10 for a large tooth in to the heated water. The beads are becoming soft. The beads will turn clear or transparent and will stick together. They are ready.

 3. Material is now soft and workable. In your hand, shape the material with your fingers to about the width of the tooth you`re replacing.

 4. Now , who looking into a mirror, place the material into the opening where your tooth is missing. With your fingers, beginn forming the tooth shape, allowing the extra material to hang down if it is an upper tooth, or extend up if it is a lower tooth.

Using your thumb, start bending the extra material back.

 5. Extra material bending back.

 6. Continue to bend the extra material back and then press it against the back of the two teeth on each side of the tooth you are making. Like folding the flap back on an envelope. Make sure it is smooth and thin of the back on each side.

 7. How it should look behind the teeth you`ve made and the teeth on each side.

Very Important !
Remove the material after it firms up enough to hold its shape, but before it completely hardens. Run it under cold water to accelerate the hardening process.

 8. Frontal and side view of tooth.

 9. Insert tooth, It should sort of SNAP into place.

 10. Congratulations, you`ve made your new tooth.
You can smile again with confidence!

Note: If the material you smoothed out behind the newly created tooth is too big you can clip it down with the use of a large nail clipper. Just keep all edges as smooth as possible.

The above results can also be achieved by heating water on a stove. Just remember that you do not want to boil the water. bring the water temperature to around 150 degrees fahrenheit or 65 degrees centigrade.
